1. Who we are

PartJo is a Jordanian platform connecting people who need a task done with people looking for income. This policy applies to anyone using the PartJo app or website.

2. What data we collect

Account data: full name and email. Phone number is optional. Date of birth is not requested to create an account.
Approximate location: to rank opportunities by distance.
Content you provide: tasks, photos, chat messages.
Identity verification (KYC) data: a live ID photo, a selfie, your name and date of birth, and the verification result — stored privately with us.
Technical data: device type and general usage logs for technical and security purposes.

3. Why we collect it

Operating the platform (showing opportunities, messaging, agreeing on price).
Identity verification — the foundation of trust and safety on the platform.
Safety: detecting fake accounts, preventing fraud, helping a wronged party with documentation in a dispute.
Communicating with you about your account or requests.

4. Who receives your data

PartJo’s team with limited access, Cloudflare for data storage and verification-image processing, and Didit only when additional verification is needed. We never sell or rent your data for marketing.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while you use your account. Confirming deletion removes your account and its content from the app and revokes all sessions. Files and verification-provider copies are automatically deleted within 7 days.

6. Your rights

To permanently delete your account, open Profile → Account → Delete account, enter your password, and confirm. You do not need to contact support. Use in-app support to request a data copy or correction.

7. Minimum age

PartJo is for people 18 and older — mandatory ID verification confirms this.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including private storage of verification images.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; any material change will be communicated in-app.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
